Payment Terms
: All invoices are to be paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Unsettled balances after 30 days will be subject to 2% interest per month.
Claims Policy
: Claims arising from invoices must be made within seven working days.

Return and Refund Policy
: Customers can return products within 30 days of purchase, provided the goods are in resalable condition. Refunds will be credited to the customer's account once the returned items are inspected and approved.
