  1. Payment Terms: All invoices are to be paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Unsettled balances after 30 days will be subject to 2% interest per month.
  2. Claims Policy: Claims arising from invoices must be made within seven working days.
  3. Authorization for Inquiries: By submitting this application, the applicant authorizes AirQuest Mechanical Supply, Ltd. to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references provided.
  4. Return and Refund Policy: Customers can return products within 30 days of purchase, provided the goods are in resalable condition. Refunds will be credited to the customer's account once the returned items are inspected and approved.
  5. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of processing your credit application and managing your account.   6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability in case of issues with our products or services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  7. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property related to our business, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, remains the property of AirQuest Mechanical Supply, Ltd. Customers are not permitted to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nova Scotia.
